Topics include liability theories, burden of proof, analogies & metaphors, demonstratives, specific jury instructions, undermining defenses, economic & general damages, future harm, present cash value, credibility of experts, and rebuttal.

Participants present mini-summations on discreet issues from their own cases, focusing on:
