Mike Kelly is a partner in the San Francisco Law firm of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly, and Schoenberger. He is a four-time “Trial Lawyer of the Year” nominee of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates. He is past-President of the San Francisco Chapter of ABOTA and the International Society of Barristers. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has been ranked as a Top Ten Super Lawyer 8 different times.

Mike has prosecuted personal injury and wrongful cases throughout California and across the country. He has obtained 7 and 8 figure verdicts and settlements in medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, premises, product liability, and drug and device cases.

Mike has been selected to the 2014 Law Dragon 500 list (top 500 attorneys in the U.S.) each year from 2014 through 2020. He has prosecuted personal injury and wrongful cases throughout California as well as Oregon, Hawaii, Colorado, Alaska, Minnesota, New Mexico, and the Territory of Guam.
