Mark Kosieradzki

Kosieradzki • Smith

Mark R. Kosieradzki is a partner with Kosieradzki • Smith in Plymouth, MN. Mark is a board-certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America in addition to recently receiving his twenty-first Super Lawyer award. Mark is a past president of the Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ, formerly known as the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association) and the Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He was on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mark is an expert on 30(b)(6) depositions and teaches his techniques at seminars across the country. He is nationally renowned for his knowledge of 30(b)(6) deposition practices and authored 30(b)(6): Deposing Corporations, Organizations & the Government.

By becoming a Trial School Faculty member, Mark hopes that new lawyers will be empowered to stand tall in their advocacy without having to resort to cheap tricks and bravado to accomplish that role. â€œLaw School leaves us wholly unprepared for the rough and tumble world of litigation. Through the years I have learned that mastery of the Rules, coupled with skill-sets, empowers us to stand up against the bullies who masquerade as a lawyer in our profession. Once you understand the rules of engagement the practice of law becomes infinitely more enjoyable.”
