By becoming a Trial School Faculty member, Mark hopes that new lawyers will be empowered to stand tall in their advocacy without having to resort to cheap tricks and bravado to accomplish that role. “Law School leaves us wholly unprepared for the rough and tumble world of litigation. Through the years I have learned that mastery of the Rules, coupled with skill-sets, empowers us to stand up against the bullies who masquerade as a lawyer in our profession. Once you understand the rules of engagement the practice of law becomes infinitely more enjoyable.â€
