Jessica began working with the Gomez Law Firm in March 2007 as a receptionist. Immediately drawn to the incredible work she saw being done, she quickly made her way through the ranks as a legal assistant and then paralegal. In 2008, she decided to go to law school to further her legal skills and gain the ability to be an even stronger advocate for her clients. Jessica spent every summer as a law clerk with Gomez Trial Attorneys and returned full time in August of 2011 after graduating from the University of Arizona. She is currently a San Diego personal injury attorney partner with Gomez Trial Attorneys.

Since that time, Jessica has dedicated her career to advocating for those who have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of others. With particular interests in Premises Liability and Brain Injury cases, Jessica has secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for her clients, including several multi-million-dollar jury verdicts. Jessica is a member of the Firm’s dedicated Coronavirus litigation group where she focuses on wrongful death and personal injuries caused by the negligent transmission of the Covid-19 virus.
