Mark Mandell is a partner with the firm Mandell, Boisclair & Mandell in Providence, RI. Mark is certified for his expertise in civil trials by national organizations. He focuses the majority of his practice on catastrophic personal injury cases, wrongful death cases, liquor liability cases, and medical negligence cases. He has obtained many million-dollar trial verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Mark has also lectured on Medical/Academic topics at well-respected establishments such as Brown University Medical School, Harvard Medical School, Women and Infants Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island, The Massachusetts Anesthesia Council on Education/Massachusetts, Society of Anesthesiologists, Rhode Island Hospital, The Miriam Hospital, and State of Rhode Island, Department of Health.

By becoming a Trial School Faculty member, Mark hopes to spread his knowledge and expertise with younger, less experienced lawyers. As he puts it, “To me, the practice of law is a sacred trust. We are privileged with the responsibility of seeking Justice for our clients. We each have a limited amount of time to be able to do this. Training others is an important part of our work. We need to all we can to create a continuum whereby there won’t be any gaps in Justice.”
